At Rêve Designs, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders so that it reaches you safely. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
During new launches, sales, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Across India
We currently ship to most locations across India through professional courier partners. However, we may, at our own discretion, use a different courier partner if required.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier network and destination.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are currently free. This may change periodically.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Packaging
All Rêve Designs jewellery is carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage during transit. We recommend storing imitation jewellery in a dry place and avoiding exposure to moisture, perfumes, and chemicals.

Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier operational issues
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Rêve Designs is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
Take an unboxing video for any returns on damaged products.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
